★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno regalato la tuta nuova della Juve nemmeno messa ho fatto il primo risciacquo e la tuta si è squarciata tutta ho chiesto gentilmente un cambio e mi è stato detto che dovevo aspettare che l’azienda valutava se la tuta era difettata senza avere la tuta basandosi solo sulle foto mi hanno contattato dicendomi che non rientra nel cambio perché la tuta era sana ma in realtà non è stato controllato il tessuto e chi mi ha regalato la tuta ha perso 110€ e io non mi posso godere il prodotto è una vergogna perché ho chiamato anche l’adidas e mi hanno detto che il prodotto si poteva cambiare valutando il tessuto e loro non hanno fatto il loro dovere. Il responsabile non si assume nessuna responsabilità e il direttore è inesistente io spero che non succeda mai a nessuno perché non si è tutelati molto deluso e amareggiato VERGOGNA !
They gave me the new Juve suit not even put on I did the first rinse and the suit was torn apart I kindly asked for a change and I was told that I had to wait for the company to evaluate if the suit was defective without having the suit based on only on the photos they contacted me telling me that it is not part of the exchange because the suit was healthy but in reality the fabric was not checked and whoever gave me the suit lost 110 € and I can not enjoy the product is a shame because I have also called adidas and they told me that the product could be changed by evaluating the fabric and they did not do their duty. The manager does not take any responsibility and the manager is non-existent I hope it never happens to anyone because you are not protected very disappointed and embittered SHAME!
