Il giorno dell'appuntamento sono arrivata davanti al negozio molto scettica e con pochi buoni propositi poiché mi definisco "l'eterna indecisa". Invece ho stupito tutti e soprattutto me stessa! Maria, l'assistente che mi ha seguito, è stata super professionale ed ha capito al volo i miei gusti. Mi ha guidata in questo percorso in modo eccellente. Alla fine sono riuscita ad innamorarmi al primo colpo del mio vestito... Tutto ciò grazie alla bravura e professionalità di Maria. Consiglio vivamente Sposae Via Stradella 60/c Torino. Infine forse aveva anche trovato quello giusto ma essendo io un'eterna indecisa volevo pensarci un attimo.. ma non fanno fare foto e non ti danno neanche la possibilità di richiamare per fermarlo. Infine ne ho preso uno simile dove ho potuto fare foto- video e prendermi qualche giorno per riflettere. First wedding dress shop I visited. Con delusione alla prima prova ho constatato che Maria non c'era più, ho trovato un servizio più "commerciale" sia alle prove che alla consegna. Peccato! Forse era il caso che stesse a lavorare da “come in una favola” dove la qualità di tutto è più bassa - e non venisse in questo negozio, che prima del suo arrivo mi era piaciuto tanto. Servizio pessimo. Ho dovuto ripetere la data delle mie nozze ed entro quando mi sarebbe servito l’abito un quantitativo di volte spaventoso. Ho dovuto ricordare dei lacci del corpetto rovinatissimi e che sono stati sostituiti poi con alcuni più nuovi, ma comunque non nuovi. Dopo l’orlo non si è neanche aspettato di farmi fare l’ultima prova che il vestito era già stato lavato. Oggi consegna dell’abito sporco (non ha pulito una mazza perché arrivando a casa e osservando era tutto sporco sui bordi…). Custodia del vestito sporco anche: chissà dove l’ha appoggiato o a chi l’ha fatto provare ed infine ho dovuto nuovamente ricordarle del velo già pagato e che stava lasciando chissà dove… Consiglio: curate anche la selezione del personale oltre che quella dei vestiti. Magari personale che tengano puliti i negozi… così da non sporcare gli abiti delle spose che li vanno a ritirare!!! If Maria was that good, her replacement Samantha is terrible. Advise: you also take care of the selection of personnel as well as that of clothes. Maybe staff who keep the shops clean… so as not to dirty the clothes of the brides who go to pick them up !!!

In solo mezz’ora avevo trovato Lui, l’abito che mi appartiene. Super qualificati, professionali! 100 su 100. Porterò sicuramente i miei parenti a prendere gli abiti da voi.
