Cercavo un abito di Rosa Clarà perché mi ero innamorata di questo stile, ma non sapevo esattamente quale tipo di abito potesse starmi bene e la signora Gloria ha saputo guidarmi nella scelta, valorizzando la mia fisicità e seguendo i miei gusti. In questo atelier abbiamo trovato anche l'abito di mio marito e di mia sorella, entrambi meravigliosi! Cortesia, competenza e alta qualità, anche sartoriale, sono le caratteristiche di questo atelier che consiglio vivamente!
I was looking for a Rosa Clarà dress because I had fallen in love with this style, but I didn't know exactly what kind of dress would suit me and Mrs. Gloria was able to guide me in choosing, enhancing my physicality and following my tastes. In this atelier we also found my husband and sister's dress, both wonderful! Courtesy, competence and high quality, even tailoring, are the characteristics of this atelier that I highly recommend!

Negozio consigliatissimo. Il personale è molto gentile, disponibile, competente, puntuale e ti sa consigliare bene. Nel mio caso siamo riusciti a fare un abbinamento non facile e il risultato è stato perfetto! :-)

Il giorno che ho conosciuto la signora Gloria per caso al telefono, ho provato subito empatia nei suoi confronti e mi sono sentita che mi avrebbe guidata verso la scelta giusta. Certo, so di essere arrivata da lei confusa e disperata e so di essere stata ancora più confusa e agitata durante le prove ma lei con sangue freddo ha saputo accompagnarmi. Per un giorno mi sono sentita davvero una principessa con il mio abito elegante e raffinato.. per non parlare del velo davvero strepitoso. Un grazie di cuore anche alla sarta che mi ha seguita in tutto il percorso con grande professionalità e umanità offrendomi ottimi consigli. È bello trovare persone competenti che svolgono con passione il proprio lavoro.
The day I met Mrs Gloria by chance on the phone, I immediately felt empathy towards her and I felt that she would guide me towards the right choice. Of course, I know I came to her confused and desperate and I know I was even more confused and agitated during the rehearsals but she was able to accompany me with cold blood. For one day I really felt like a princess with my elegant and refined dress .. not to mention the really amazing veil. A heartfelt thanks also to the seamstress who followed me throughout the journey with great professionalism and humanity, offering me excellent advice. It's nice to find competent people who do their job with passion.

Non avevo ancora scritto la mia recensione perché se penso ancora a come sono stata trattata e accolta mi sale su una tale rabbia che è difficile da rendere con parole scritte... Premetto che questo negozio mi aveva sempre affascinato e incantato per la particolarità degli abiti. Per questo è stato il primo posto che ho contattato per provare dei vestiti da sposa x il mio matrimonio. Quando ho preso l'appuntamento la signora è stata molto accogliente e gentile cosa che non è stata quando sono tornata per la prova dei vestiti. Innanzitutto quando sono arrivata la signora mi dice che se volevo provare degli abiti dovevo pagare 50€ perché lei faceva un servizio e se non avessi preso l'abito da lei avrebbe lavorato per altri, dandomi delle idee. Io rimango basita e senza parole. Non mi era mai capitato e non avevo mai sentito dire che per provare dei vestiti si dovesse pagare, ancora più che non ne aveva fatto cenno quando avevo preso appuntamento. Certamente mi direte perché non sei andata via, perché era il mio primo negozio ed ero molto impaziente di provare i miei primi abiti da sposa... purtroppo l'ambiente l'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori...e ho pagato pure 50€ esperienza negativa...mi spiace molto.

First of all when I arrived the lady told me that if I wanted to try on some clothes I had to pay 50 € because she did a service and if I had not taken the dress from her she would have worked for others, giving me ideas. I am stunned and speechless. It had never happened to me and I had never heard that you had to pay to try on clothes, even more so that he had not mentioned it when I made an appointment. Certainly you will tell me why you did not leave, because it was my first shop and I was very impatient to try on my first wedding dresses ... unfortunately the environment, the welcome was not the best ... and I also paid 50 € bad experience ... I was looking for Rosa Clara bridal dresses and I figured out I can buy them at this place in Turin. I sent them an email to make an appointment and I got the answer that for Saturdays they accept people without appointments and they cannot make the appointnent. Ok, so till here, it is already a bit weird. Then I say, ok, I will go and try. I reach there and I say I am looking for the bridal dress. When I say I am looking for my dress for next Jun (for personal reasons, I cannot allocate another time and I have time now, so I do things according to my own schedule). I explain that normally it is adviced to order the dress 6 months in advance, and she tells me nooo 1-2 months before, you should come ??. She refuses to show me any dress, telling me she has more urgent clients. I don't know what that means since I am the one deciding to buy the dress now or later. Anyway, she tells me to come back on September, when the new collection arrives as well (I won't be in Turin on September and I have a hell lot of things to do that time :))) ). Putting it into the nutshell, their attitude in email and in person was not so nice. The dresses, I assume they must be gorgeous if you like Rosa Clara. But, I will try to find another Rosa Clara representative in another city. You buy this dress once and it needs to be a good experience. This part is the answer to their reply: In the website of Rosa Clara, they put this address as the only place in Turin that we can buy and try them. So, if they are not willing to help people who are interested in Rosa Clara, they can ask to remove their name from the official website. Easy. What is also clear from their response is that she does not understand that she is there to show the dress to the customer. If I ask for an appointment, then you say just come by without one. I put time, I come and you tell me go and come back in September. No!!! people put the time according to their schedule. I was mindful and I asked for an appointment. You cannot tell me a specific time to come for your own sake. September is in 3-4 months from now!!! and no, when I say I want to have an idea about the dress, I mean I want to see how that dress suits me!!! I am respectful toward your time, why wouldn't you do the same?!!! Your answer only shows your incompetences in understanding the need of the customer.
