Da atleta non agonista ma serio qualche piccolo dettaglio e accorgimento in sala pesi in più e potrebbe arrivare a 5 stelle. Sicuramente in zona la più attrezzata e quella migliore tra quelle provate. I have been training for almost 4 years. As an athlete who is not an agonist but serious, a few small details and extra tricks in the weight room and he could reach 5 stars. Ho trovato una personal trainer fisioterapista bel preparata come il suo collega, un ambiente famigliare ed istruttori preparati.Anche se la mia riabilitazione andrà ancora per le lunghe,non penso di cambiare I have been going to the gym for 2 years for health reasons. Lo sporting life inoltre offre non solo la sala attrezzi, ma anche molte cose come ad esempio corsi, solarium, estetica e sauna. La consiglierei a chiunque ? Great gym, very well equipped and the employees who work there very well behaved and kind !! I corsi sono divertenti e gli istruttori, molto professionali, cercano sempre di porre attenzione al singolo, cosa molto rara per i corsi di gruppo! La palestra è sempre pulita e impeccabile così come gli spogliatoi. Utilizzo spesso anche i servizi dell'estetica che sono di altissimo livello. La sauna è inclusa come nelle più grandi palestre del resto d'Europa. Che dire..... sporting life è sempre al passo con i tempi! The only ones in the world who can make me go to the gym! The courses are fun and the very professional instructors always try to pay attention to the individual, which is very rare for group courses! The gym is always clean and flawless as are the changing rooms. I also often use beauty services which are of the highest level. The sauna is included as in the largest gyms in the rest of Europe. Offrono anche una varietà di corsi interessanti per tutti i gusti e in più c'è la possibilità di utilizzare il solarium o andare dall'estetista.
