Macchine buone ma alcune un po' datate Very good level gym for the personalized physical preparation and group courses. Super instructors / instructors. Good cars but some slightly dated

L'unico neo trovato é stata la pulizia del centro non proprio impeccabile Comunque nel complesso un buon centro sportivo......consigliato A nice center with lots of different activities to choose from, a well-stocked and well-run bar and not a little nice girls in the secretariat. The only drawback was the cleaning of the center was not exactly impeccable However overall a good sports center ...... recommended

Punto di forza è la SPA che però non ha requisiti di spazio sufficienti per godere del vero relax. il personale della SPA è orientato al cliente e questo è il vero punto di forza the structure is not brand new but the staff is really good. The strong point is the SPA which, however, does not have sufficient space requirements to enjoy true relaxation. the staff of the SPA is customer oriented and this is the real strength

Consiglio a tutti per tutte le età.... Io che ho già i 'capelli bianchi', ho trovato inserimento dappertutto, passione e allenatori che ti spronano e ti accettano in qualsiasi contesto. Bravi 10 e lode Friendliness and great professionalism clean and well organized place. Courses of all kinds with qualified personnel, sympathy, kindness and aggregation. I recommend to everyone for all ages .... I who already have 'white hair', have found insertion everywhere, passion and coaches who encourage and accept you in any context. Good 10 and praise

Servizi igienici, docce e spogliatoi sempre puliti! Il luogo ideale per tenersi in forma con piacere! Consiglio Polite and prepared staff. The rooms are bright, spacious and clean, equipped with the latest generation machines. Many courses offered. Always clean toilets, showers and changing rooms! The ideal place to keep fit with pleasure! Advice
T	The Doctor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da 2 anni. Lo staff alla reception è sempre disponibile e molto attento ai bisogni del cliente. Gli allenatori della sala pesi sono veramente simpatici e seguono accuratamente i clienti nello svolgimento degli esercizi delle loro schede: ( fatte seguendo le indicazioni del cliente )spiegando sempre quali muscoli vengono coinvolti nello svolgimento di questi e come utilizzare le macchine. Grazie alle cassette di sicurezza poste all'ingresso degli spogliatoi si può lasciare merce "di valore" senza alcun problema. Riassumendo.. una palestra 5 stelle. I have been going to this gym for 2 years. The reception staff is always available and very attentive to the customer's needs. The weight room trainers are really nice and carefully follow the customers in carrying out the exercises of their cards: (done following the customer's instructions) always explaining which muscles are involved in carrying out these and how to use the machines. Thanks to the safety deposit boxes placed at the entrance to the changing rooms, "valuable" goods can be left without any problem. In summary .. a 5 star gym.

N	Najda kamber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra più bella della zona. Sala pesi grande e con molti attrezzi inoltre apre alle 6:00. Ci sono diversi corsi tra cui scegliere e il primo inizia alle 7:00. Personale gentile e molto preparato. Frequentata da bella gente e si trova in una posizione molto comoda! Super consigliata! The best gym in the area. Large, well-equipped weight room also opens at 6:00 am. There are several courses to choose from and the first starts at 7:00 am. Polite and very knowledgeable staff. Frequented by nice people and in a very convenient location! Super recommended!
