β β β β β Cozy wellnes but less relaxing chairs. Wellnes is for 12 people but there was only 7 relaxing chairs so others must stands.

β β β β β We were living in apartment building and we could use the main building for sauna and swimming pool. Apartments are small and there is main equipment. There is bathroom on every floor in apartments.

β β β β β Lack of AC, bed was a pullout, thin walls with kids screaming all over, and the pool was also a bit too kid friendly. Probably a nice place for families on a budget or party people who want the cabin feel.
Wifi needs an upgrade

β β β β β The worst and unfriendly reception. After a dispute about the check in process, I reminded the receptionist that we would really like to be there guests and treated as such. His reply was, βI donβt careβ!
Then we left and didnβt even care about the fee for cancelling the booking. In addition - I noticed, that if you talk him into something, a green pass or certificate (for being COVID negative) isnβt needed when you want to use the spa area.. at least if you a re a charming lady and are asked to proceed - while we were left waiting. Never again we would book this place.

β β β β β At reception they refused to accept our American cdc card as an equivalent even after showing him on the ministry of health's website that this document is an equivalent to the greenpass. Also there is a 200β¬ deposit we didn't know about ahead of time. Very stressful although we got into our room. This was the first time someone wouldn't recognize our American CDC card. The price wasn't bad for the room though.
