Nicest staff ever! I'm always staying here on my business trips for a nearby customer since a few years. Felt at home and welcomed since the first minute. Doesn't matter what my work depleted mind craves for, they try everything in their power to help me. It is such a pleasure to just chill out in the bathtub with a week decorated bathroom surrounding you or hanging out at the bar with a well deserved beer and just have Smalltalk with the workers. Those feel much more like friends, than just someone handling your drinks and food. Even the cleaning personnel adapted their schedule to my always changing working hours, so I could my messed up room clean and tidy again, when return back home - yeah, home. Don't just book a room, enjoy the stay with new found friends, who will always help you with your daily problems abroad. Can't recommend enough.

Good hotel, this is our second visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable especially with two kids. The bathroom and toilets are clean and the breakfast is a buffer style with a lot of variety. We would stay there again.

The room is clean , hotel is good. But the breakfast is absolutely disaster for us. They make line so we can’t go to the other side to take coffee machine and croissant. Sign of racism ! Because we are asians (?) They just told us : if you want something from there , i will bring it to you. But you can’t go there. Let’s all the people judging now.

First evening we (my friend and I) ordered some drinks on the bar. We did not get them served until my friend complained. At the time we got them the ice was already melted. Second evening we tried it again. 30 min after we ordered the drinks I went to ask again the barkeeper to please stop talking to his friend and finally serve our drinks. 10 min later we got them finally and the ice was even not melted. The rain shower was not working in the room 304 and the shower head was not clean and splashed in all directions. Furthermore has been taken all the towels away on the second day which I just realized when I was taking the shower. When I complained at the reception by checking out, they blamed me that I have not told them before so they could have changed anything. But lets be honest once you already wet under the shower, nobody will call the reception and ask them for a towel especially because you need to walk to the whole room to the phone.

Very very poor. Broken temp control in the room. Couldn’t sleep. Had to keep open window in February. Asked for partial reimbursement … not even considered. Never again.

In reaction to what the hotel posted, I reacted to their mail but of course they did not react, so I will post it here. I think this is a very poor and low way of reacting and this is exactly what I mean. You do react to a public review, however the mail sent directly was never answered. The things we should have done are not very relevant here. You choose to do business with Booking.com, so don’t complain about low prices, which by the way weren’t low at all compared to other hotels at much nicer locations with way better service. For us, it was never about booking for a low price, of course there had to be a balance and value for money. The service I am talking about is in the extremely poor way that you have reacted from the beginning. If customer satisfaction is really that important for you, as you state, I would have expected a different reaction, even if it is not possible to solve the situation. The reason I posted this review is quite simply because you did not react to our mail before. It is very, very low to react and bring things to the discussion like we chose to book without breakfast. You have no idea why, besides it is inappropriate to mention irrelevant things. It even makes me more disappointed than I already was, it is all in the way you act and react and it shows very clearly that you really don’t understand what it is all about. We did learn a valuable lesson though and I would like to thank you for that: never to book via Booking.com again.

Very nice clean Hotel. Easy to access and friendly staff from the moment you check-in. Service at the restaurant and bar was extraordinary, they have a team there that has many years of dedicated service and you feel welcome at all times.

If you fancy staying in industrial area with huge tyre factory as the closest attraction, in the property that is sharing the building with multiplex cinema complex and has no free parking available, and being managed by amateurs - this is the place to be. The first interaction with the manager comes as flashback as you are in less developed country and not in Italy with its hospitality tradition. Now I am being in doubt of the manager is Italian after all?! After cruising around for free parking spot and after not finding one, I parked at the hotel pay for use parking. Upon check in, agent informed that hotel does not have own gym (first reason why I made my reservation) and I have to consult fitness center in same building (different entrance though) for prices, etc. I have been informed about time for breakfast and opening hours for dinners (no mention to reserve the table). After getting to my room which was cold, I had to finish some work, and 30 minutes later I have realized the room is still cold. Reason was open window that could jot be closed due to broken handle. As I have not unpicked yet except for my laptop, I grabbed my staff and went down to reception where I have requested to move rooms. While 2 younger associates were going to accomplish my request, manager on duty requested me to go up with him to check the room what I have refused. No apologies, no excuses for inconvenience - You go with me - tone. Half an hour later after waiting in the lobby (at 8 pm), I have been moved to another. Here are the issues with this place: Rooms are not maintained - see photo. There is internet but if you hope to use it for work (online meeting, etc) forget it. Water! It is filled with sand and water pressure constantly dropping so get ready for hot/cold experience. The bright point is the restaurant and it’s evening team - good service and food (but we are in Italy, aren’t we?!) Breakfast is standard Italian breakfast. How this place managed to claim 4*? I can only see through false advertising as some of the amenities does not belong to hotel and hotel guest do not have access to. Considering all the efforts hospitality sector in Italy put into restoring confidence with their guests, this property is just a shame. I feel potty for younger associates who try to their job well but being interrupted by the managment. I doubt that anti COVID-19 cleaning protocols are followe and not beeping “saved” away by this hotel management. I strongly recommend to find another place to stay as Italy such a great country and has so much to offer for a visitor!
