★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, li chiami perchè non fanno il loro lavoro di raccolta rifiuti e ti prendono per i fondelli perchè chi ti risponde non sa nulla. Ogni mese la stessa storia pero' coloro che fanno la roccolta rifiuti stanno fermi delle mezz'ore nei vari bar vignolesi, come mai?
Bad service, you call them because they don't do their job of collecting rubbish and they take you for the bottoms because those who answer you know nothing. Every month the same story, however, those who do the waste robbing stand still for half an hour in the various bars of Vignola, why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarso personale anche se gentile, tempi d'attesa geologici : ore davanti all'ufficio al freddo e ore al telefono.Visto i prezzi potreste assumere altro personale.
Poor staff albeit polite, geological waiting times: hours in front of the office in the cold and hours on the phone. Given the prices you could hire more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trasferito da gennaio a Vignola. E' dal 15 gennaio che provo a contattarvi al telefono per attivare la tassa rifiuti ed avere anche i medesimi contenitori. Siete scandalosi.. Cosa mettete un numero verde se non avete operatori o non vi si riesce a contattare ? Pessimi. Molto meglio IREN (gestore di Reggio Emilia). Almeno loro rispondono al telefono.
Aggiornamento recensione dopo vs riscontro :
Devo attivare una nuova utenza per la raccolta rifiuti. Con le app (che avevo già installato) non posso richiedere i contenitori per i rifiuti porta a porta. Quindi devo per forza passare da voi fisicamente allo sportello per attivare la procedura?
Quindi non date risposte generiche ed inutili.

I moved from January to Vignola. I have been trying to contact you on the phone since January 15th to activate the waste tax and also have the same containers. You are scandalous .. What do you put on a toll-free number if you don't have operators or you can't be contacted? Bad. Much better IREN (manager of Reggio Emilia). At least they answer the phone.
Review update after vs feedback:
I have to activate a new user for waste collection. With the apps (which I had already installed) I cannot request door-to-door waste bins. So do I have to physically go to you at the counter to activate the procedure?
So don't give generic and useless answers.
