★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Chiusura dei contatori dopo due mesi dalla richiesta di disdetta, dopo estenuanti richieste di intervento e dopo diffida da parte di un legale. Ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto ne le cauzioni anticipate a inizio contratto ne le bollette di chiusura. Provano a fare i furbi per spillare soldi il più possibile ai clienti in uscita. Le tariffe sono alle stelle e non è conveniente. Gli operatori sono gentili ma non sempre preparati. Comunque un pessima esperienza da cui fuggire il prima possibile.
Bad service. Closure of the counters after two months from the request for cancellation, after exhausting requests for intervention and after a warning from a lawyer. To date I have not yet received neither the advance deposits at the beginning of the contract nor the closing bills. They try to be smart to get as much money out of outgoing customers as possible. The rates are skyrocketing and it's not cheap. The operators are friendly but not always prepared. However, a very bad experience to escape from as soon as possible.
