★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo con Hera da un anno e la troviamo eccezionale... noi arriviamo da Enel maggior tutela!!! Hanno degli operatori telefonici ottimi, hai un ritardo con la bolletta te la rateizzano al volo, attivazione del contratto telefonico velocissima ma il sito web per la gestione dell'utenza va a singhiozzo. Risolvete e avrete 5 stelle :)
 We have been with Hera for a year and we find it exceptional ... we come from Enel more protection !!! They have excellent telephone operators, you have a delay with your bill, they install it on the fly, activation of the telephone contract very fast but the website for the management of users goes to fits and starts. Solve and you will have 5 stars :)

Inoltre al telefono gli addetti danno

Dopo aver portato per ben due volte i documenti per subentro utenze comprese TARI mi reco per caso li per un'informazione e la mia pratica non era stata avviata, avrei rischiato nuovamente di pagare la multa per l'incapacità di persone allo sportello che invece di fare il loro lavoro pensano chissà a che cosa. Peccato che abbiano il monopolio sul territorio. Per me servizio pessimo e scadente.
Angry. After having twice brought the documents for taking over utilities including TARI, I accidentally go there for information and my practice had not been started, I would have risked again to pay the fine for the inability of people at the counter that instead of do their job they think who knows what.
