Locale adatto per un pranzo veloce e per gli amanti della piadina vista la varietà di piadine/crescioni presenti nel menù. Costo nella media. Working lunch. The place is not so big but the furnishings are well cared for. I order a roll made from kamut flour, turkey tomato. Place suitable for a quick lunch and for lovers of piadina given the variety of piadine / crescioni on the menu. Average cost.

Doppiozero è stato scelto, per cenare dopo una passeggiata a Modena, per la sua attenzione ai prodotti senza glutine. Il locale è molto carino e si trova in un centro dove è presente anche il cinema e altri ristoranti. Abbiamo optato per: Antipasto: crocchette di patate senza glutine; Piatto principale: gnocco e tigelle senza glutine con tagliere di salumi; Dolce: crepes senza glutine alla nutella. Tutti i piatti erano ottimi. Le crocchette erano saporite, ben calde, croccanti e non unte. Le tigelle e lo gnocco erano anch'essi molto buoni, croccanti e caldi al punto giusto. I salumi di buona qualità ma nulla di ché. La crepes era ricca di nutella seppur l'impasto era molto morbido e bagnato. Il personale è gentile, simpatico e attento. I tempi d'attesa sono contenuti. Contro: a mio parere le porzioni sono un po' risicate per quello che si paga (il numero di tigelle e gnocco è specificato nel menù) e il tavolo assegnatoci si trovava in una posizione molto scomoda (attaccato al bancone principale con le mie spalle a 50cm dalla porta d'uscita del locale, con tutto il freddo che ne consegue la sua apertura). Pro: larga scelta di varie farine e attenzione ai prodotti senza glutine, buona qualità dei fritti. I dined in this restaurant on a Sunday evening for two people. Doppiozero was chosen to dine after a walk in Modena for its attention to gluten-free products. The place is very nice and is located in a center where there is also a cinema and other restaurants. We have opted for: Appetizer: gluten-free potato croquettes; Main course: gluten-free gnocco and tigelle with cold cuts platter; Dessert: Nutella gluten-free crepes. All dishes were great. The croquettes were tasty, hot, crunchy and not greasy. The tigelle and the gnocco were also very good, crunchy and hot at the right point. Good quality cured meats but nothing special. The crepes was rich in Nutella even though the dough was very soft and wet. The staff is kind, nice and attentive. Waiting times are limited. Cons: in my opinion the portions are a bit thin for what you pay (the number of tigelle and gnocco is specified in the menu) and the table assigned to us was in a very uncomfortable position (attached to the main counter with my back to 50cm from the exit door of the room, with all the cold that follows its opening). Pros: wide choice of various flours and attention to gluten-free products, good quality of fried food.
