Ho dovuto presentarmi 3 volte per un foglio sostitutivo carta identità (presentato con denuncia di polizia per FURTO TUTTI documenti, rilasciata sabato 26 febbraio. Ricevuto per URGENZA di foglio provvisorio Carta d'identità SOLO giovedì mattina, mi vengono date scuse e false informazioni per rilasciare mio numero e attendere l'invio URGENTE di un documento da anagrafe S. Prospero sul Secchia a Modena via pec. Passano 4 gg senza chiamata. Mi ripresento con testimone, mi dicono di aspettare e avere 2 testimoni perché uno non basta a identificarmi (e nemmeno la fotocopia del documento salvato in Smartphone!) chiamo direttamente ufficio anagrafe San Prospero per inviare con URGENZA e sollecito a indirizzo di anagrafe di modena,. Richiama ufff di modena dicendo che essendo che non hanno ricevuto nulla, farà la prima sollecitazione telefonica all'altro ufficio (Ma era già in invio per MIA personale chiamata diretta, infatti mi richiama 5 min dopo per presentarmi e fare il foglio provvisorio e altra attesa in Questura (SENZA NUMERAZIONE di attesa all'esterno per altre 3 ore in fila con chi deve fare ancora denuncia!!!) e dover litigare per la fila che non fanno rispettare Bad service of the common registry office for URGENT documents following theft. I had to report 3 times for a replacement identity card (submitted with police report for THEFT ALL documents, issued on Saturday 26 February. Received for URGENCY of provisional sheet Identity card ONLY Thursday morning, I am given excuses and false information to release my number and wait for the URGENT sending of a document from the S. Prospero sul Secchia registry office in Modena via pec. 4 days go by without a call. I come back with a witness, they tell me to wait and have 2 witnesses because one is not enough to identify me (and not even a photocopy of the document saved on my Smartphone!) . He calls the Modena office and says that since they have not received anything, he will make the first telephone solicitation to the other office (But he was already being sent for MY personal direct call, in fact he calls me back 5 minutes later to present me and make the provisional sheet and other waiting at the Police Headquarters (WITHOUT NUMBERING waiting outside for another 3 hours in line with those who still have to make a complaint !!!) and having to fight over the queue that they don't enforce

If you have an appointment you will still have to wait a while but not like the no-appointment queue. This may well be because it was August and so staff were on holiday...who knows?
