★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono le 10.30 circa, l'orario di apertura è dalle 9 ed è dalle 9 che sto chiamando per avere informazioni su come fare la carta di identità ai miei bambini... sul sito la pagina dedicata a questo argomento è in costruzione ( da settimane). Nessuno risponde, a nessun numero del centralino, neanche i vigili urbani rispondono... che vergogna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di avere problemi perché sono arrivata in sede un minuto prima che chiudessero - anzi proprio all'orario di chiusura - ma sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno accolta lo stesso. In due minuti - tra una battuta e un sorriso - mi hanno consegnato il documento che cercavo. Se non lo avessero fatto avrei dovuto prendere nuovamente un pullman e fare 40 minuti di viaggio il giorno seguente. Alla sede centrale di Giugliano in Campania non rispondono manco al telefono ... Grazie!
I thought I was having problems because I arrived a minute before they closed - actually at closing time - but they were very kind and welcomed me anyway. In two minutes - between a joke and a smile - they handed me the document I was looking for. If they didn't, I would have to take a bus again and make a 40-minute journey the following day. At the headquarters in Giugliano in Campania they don't even answer the phone ... Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può far lavorare un solo dipendente. L'utenza è molta ed il territorio altrettanto. L' unico dipendente è bravo e abbastanza veloce ma questo non basta. La fila alle 9.00 (orario di apertura) era già di 20 persone
