In più niente priorità per le donne incinte, io con la pancia da 8 mesi e la pressione bassa ho dovuto aspettare il mio turno. Per fortuna "solo" per un'ora e mezza perchè nel frattempo tante persone si sono stancate d'aspettare... complimenti per "l'accoglienza"! Arrivati qui dopo aver sporto denuncia e dopo aver contattato il Comune di Residenza, siamo entrati per chiedere il rilascio del Documento di Identità. Accolti con maleducazione e superficialità dalla Sig.ra Loretta, piuttosto che ascoltare le nostre richieste continuava a guardare e parlare con la sua collega al mio fianco (alla quale avevamo già esposto il nostro problema). Eravamo già in possesso della “denuncia alle autorità competenti e della fotografia”, necessarie per il disbrigo della pratica. La Sig.ra Loretta dovrebbe cedere il posto a chi è in grado di lavorare a contatto con il pubblico. Pessimo Servizio !!! Pessima esperienza !!! Chiederemo supporto ad un altro Comune in altra Città . Arrived here after having filed a complaint and after having contacted the Municipality of Residence, we entered to ask for the issue of the Identity Document. Welcomed with rudeness and superficiality by Mrs. Loretta, rather than listening to our requests, she kept looking and talking with her colleague at my side (to whom we had already exposed our problem). We were already in possession of the "report to the competent authorities and the photograph", necessary for the processing of the file. Mrs. Loretta should give way to those who are able to work in contact with the public. Bad Service !!! Bad experience !!! We will ask for support from another municipality in another city.
