★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'app ufirst, utilizzata per le prenotazioni, è completamente inutile! L'unico modo di prenotare un appuntamento per l'ufficio anagrafe è svegliarsi alle 5 di mattina dello stesso giorno e sperare di riuscire a prenotarsi prima degli altri...nel 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una cosa vergognosa. Non si riesce a prendere appuntamento per fare la carta d’identità… sono giorni che provo con l’app e telefonicamente… in comune di persona ti rispondono ci sta l’app…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprieterio di una palazzina al centro storico,via delle Piagge,zona San Faustino.Ho tutti gli appartamenti regolarmente affittati .Il comune di Viterbo, mi ha mandato da pagare la tari di tre appartameni.Sono stato costretto a ricorrere all'avvocato,ovviamente avevo ragione,malgrado un emerito cafone di impiegato,con modi sgradevoli,affermasse il contrario.Ad oggi,nessun risarcimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicamente funziona solo il centralino ..non rispondono al telefono mai. Procedure complesse per i giovani pensa per gli anziani. Manca una figura che controlli la qualità che sta anche nei privati adesso. Non metto zero stelle perché le addette alla fine sanno lavorare ma tutto quello che è intorno è nullo
Only the switchboard works over the phone .. they never answer the phone. Complex procedures for young people think for the elderly. There is no figure who controls the quality that is also in private individuals now. I don't put zero stars because the women at the end know how to work but everything around is null

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho tentato di telefonare dalle 9 alle 10 di oggi Sabato 9/1 c.a per informazioni ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Ritengo che un soggetto giuridico dotato di personalità giuridica pubblica abbia l'obbligo di consentire ai cittadini di avere un contatto telefonico, peraltro in un giorno non festivo. E' una vergogna !
I tried to call from 9 to 10 today Saturday 9/1 c.a for information but I never received an answer. I believe that a legal entity with public legal personality has the obligation to allow citizens to have a telephone contact, moreover on a non-holiday day. It's a shame !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare una carta d'identità il primo giorno utile per la prenotazione è fra un mese!!! Devo partire fra due settimane e non so come fare! Mai visto niente del genere.

Assistenza affidata a due vigilanti che, con tutta la loro buona volontà, non riescono ad assistere i cittadini, soprattutto se stranieri. Insomma, qualità dei servizi resi assolutamente insoddisfacente ... e di questo il sindaco se ne dovrebbe fare carico...
