Michela ed il suo staff pensano davvero a tutto.
La mia lezione preferita è, senzadubbio, il pilates puro con tanti allungamenti prima ma anche il GAP, glutei e addome con metodo pilates è intenso e me gusta.. e che dire la pallona ed il ring hanno il loro "fascino". ?
