Il posto è bello, la cura ai materiali e alle attrezzature è evidente. Ma come sempre sono le persone a fare la differenza...gli istruttori sono preparati, attenti, ambiziosi riguardo ai traguardi che si pongono su ogni cliente ma anche simpatici e dolcissimi! Energia positiva allo stato puro....quindi andate, che state facendo ancora a casa?? Every time I enter the Gyrotonic studio I feel a little happier, when I go out I am excited. The place is beautiful, the care for materials and equipment is evident. But as always, people make the difference ... the instructors are prepared, attentive, ambitious about the goals they set for each client but also nice and sweet! Pure positive energy .... so go, what are you still doing at home?

Che dire: ha sconvolto completamente la persona che ero, fisicamente ed emotivamente. Più agilità, maggiore forza muscolare, una sensazione di riallineamento e di pace con me stessa e una pelle luminosissima, data dalla riossigenazione di tutto il corpo stimolata dal potentissimo lavoro che si fa anche con la respirazione: queste le sensazioni sperimentate dopo ogni allenamento e che subito associo al gyrotonic. Marco è stato il mio primo trainer, mi ha fatto conoscere questa meravigliosa disciplina e lui, insieme a Giulia, subentrata successivamente, mi hanno regalato entusiasmo e fiducia nelle potenzialità del mio corpo; la loro guida è stata fondamentale per raggiungere un po’ alla volta tanti piccoli grandi traguardi.
