Se vuoi rimanere a piedi e senza bagagli viaggia con flixbus!!! All'andata del viaggio per colpa di un loro ritardo ho perso la coincidenza e loro non si sono presi la responsabilità di quanto accaduto! Al ritorno del viaggio per colpa dell'autista in fase di pausa non fanno il controllo dei passeggeri mi hanno lasciata a Milano senza bagagli, e senza riuscire a recuperare l'autista perché nessuno ha il numero di nessuno!!!E se chiedi un rimborso non ti viene accettato! NON VIAGGIATE CON LORO, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!
If you want to stay on foot and without luggage, travel with flixbus !!! On the way out of the trip because of their delay I missed the connection and they didn't take responsibility for what happened! At the end of the trip due to the driver's fault during the break, they do not control the passengers, they left me in Milan without luggage, and without being able to retrieve the driver because nobody has the number of nobody !!! LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA. VIAJE A ROMA Y SOLICITE UN TRANSPORTE SUYO VIA GROUPON PARA DESPLAZARME DESDE TERMINI HASTA EL AEROPUERTO FIUMICINO. CUANDO LLEGUÉ AL AEROPUERTO ME ENCONTRÉ CON QUE MIS MALETAS NO ESTABAN, ME LAS HABÍAN ROBADO. Y NO SOLO ESO, NUESTRAS MALETAS CREEMOS QUE NOS LAS ROBÓ EL TRABAJADOR QUE SE ENCARGA DE SOLICITAR EL CUPÓN DE LA COMPRA DEL BILLETE, YA QUE NUESTRO BUS SALÍA A LAS 6:00 AM Y NO HABÍA NADIE MAS QUE ÉL EN LA CALLE Y FUE EL ÚNICO QUE NO SE SUBIÓ AL AUTOBUS. CUANDO NOS DIMOS CUENTA DEL ROBO, HABÍA DOS TRABAJADORES MÁS DENTRO, UNA CHICA DE COPILOTO Y EL MISMO CONDUCTOR DEL AUTOBUS, LOS CUALES NO SE QUISIERON HACER CARGO DE NADA, NI NOS FACILITABAN EL NUMERO DE LA EMPRESA NI NADA PARA PODER SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA, NO HICIERON ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA PARA PODER LLEGAR A UNA SOLUCIÓN O SIMPLEMENTE AYUDAR A DOS PERSONAS A LAS QUE LES HABÍAN ROBADO LA MALETA EN SU TRANSPORTE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. TRAVEL TO ROME AND REQUEST YOUR TRANSPORTATION VIA GROUPON TO MOVE FROM TERMINI TO FIUMICINO AIRPORT. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT I FOUND THAT MY SUITCASES WERE NOT, THEY HAVE BEEN STOLEN. AND NOT ONLY THAT, WE BELIEVE THAT THE WORKER WHO IS IN CHARGE OF REQUESTING THE TICKET PURCHASE COUPON, SINCE OUR BUS DEPARTED AT 6:00 AM AND THERE WAS NOBODY BUT HIM ON THE STREET AND WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDN'T GET ON THE BUS. WHEN WE TAKEN ACCOUNT OF THE THEFT, THERE WERE TWO MORE WORKERS INSIDE, A CO-PILOT GIRL AND THE SAME BUS DRIVER, WHICH DID NOT WANT TO TAKE CHARGE OF ANYTHING, NEITHER THEY PROVIDED US THE COMPANY NUMBER NOR ANYTHING TO BE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE ABLE TO COME TO A SOLUTION OR SIMPLY HELP TWO PEOPLE WHO HAVE STOLEN THE SUITCASE IN THEIR TRANSPORTATION. UNFORTUNATELY EVERYTHING, THEY REALLY NEVER TAKE THIS TRANSPORTATION, I TAKEN IT BY GROUPON SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK IT THROUGH THERE DO NOT DO IT, AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK THROUGH ANOTHER PAGE, MAKE SURE THEY TRAVEL WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I HOPE IT WILL HELP OTHER PEOPLE AND THAT THE SAME THING AS TO US DO NOT HAPPEN TO THEM. AND ALREADY ENDING, WHEN TAKING THE PHOTOS OF THE REGISTRATION AND THE BUS LICENSE, WE TELLED US THAT THE LICENSE HAD EXPIRED A YEAR. Complimenti per il servizio supporto ATAC stamattina alle ore 9:13 sono partita dal capolinea l'Aurentina con la compagnia sit. Volevo complimentarmi con voi per il servizio, la pulizia dell'autobus e per l'autista con una guida molto confortevole e professionale e oltretutto gentilmente mi ha aiutato a scendere e a salire. Spero che questo servizio duri a lungo.

Got refused the entrance to the bus by the girl selling tickets, this evening 19/05 at Fiumicino airport 23:50 as I was literally one step away from stepping into the bus with many seats available. How stupid.

INSUFFERABLE! This is the worst bus service I've ever used. They make the passengers wait in a crowded bus with no air conditioning for 40 minutes before they leave 30 minutes late. I've already watched several other buses come and go.

Bus leaves ealier than the booked time. You should know that if you book a bus at a particular time the bus can leave earlier than that and if you are not there 15 mins before your seat is not guaranteed (rule written in small somewhere after the main information on the ticket). Guys, please next time make it more clear. I have never heard of a bus that leaves earlier. Later yes, can happen, I understand to some extent there can be traffic, but earlier... Well that's really new to me. I am supposed to take this bus early in the morning for the way back and I am wondering if I can trust your service. Don't take it personally. But I think you should seriously reconsider this.
