Consiglio personale la reception dovrebbe essere organizatta da personale più giovane e tecnologico mandando magari un sms che ricorda l'appuntamento e magari se uno chiama per disdire perché impossibilitato potrebbero ringraziare. Magni, stimato professionista (niente da dire!), mentre invece c'è molto da dire su una sua collaboratrice scortese e maleducata. Lascio la parola a mia moglie. La signora in questione si trova all'accoglienza al piano terra. Mi sono recata per iniziare la terapia che mi aveva prescritto il Dott. Magni; quando mi sono presentata, il primo giorno ho avuto la sciagurata idea di soffiarmi il naso. La signora, inorridita, mi ha detto che non potevo iniziare i trattamenti prescrittimi dal medico. Io gentilmente le ho assicurato che non avevo il raffreddore, ma mi è stato detto, in malo modo, di tornare quando sarei stata bene. Non ci tornerò mai!!!!!!!!!! Mi dispiace per il Dott. Magni. Credo che, per non rischiare di perdere altri pazienti, dovrebbe circondarsi di persone più gentili e professionali. Si faccia un corso di comunicazione e di umiltà. Assolutamente sconsigliato! Dr. Magni should learn the proper way to approach overweight kids without making them feel guilty e wrong people who don't need it. Take a communication and humility course. Absolutely not recommended!
