Arrivato alle 13.45, un po’ tardi ma non da giustificare 30 minuti di attesa prima poter ordinare, tenendo conto che erano solo in due tavoli a mangiare. Altra attesa di mezz’ora per Knodel con krauti sconditi e piuttosto secchi, mentre la pasta del pastore sarebbe stata buona se non fosse trooooppo salata.
You can do better both in service and in cooking
Arrived at 1.45pm, a bit late but not to justify waiting 30 minutes before ordering, taking into account that they were only eating at two tables. Another half hour wait for Knodel with unseasoned and rather dry krautis, while the shepherd's pasta would have been good if it wasn't too salty.
