Ci ha da subito colpiti la competenza, l'esperienza e la passione di Mauro (il titolare) nel parlarci delle caratteristiche delle costruzioni a basse emissioni (consiglio a tutti di visitare la biocasa esposta nei pressi della loro sede) cosi non è stato difficile affidarci a lui ad occhi chiusi. Prendendo spunto proprio dalla bio casa, Mauro, ci ha guidati passo passo, nel progetto realizzativo, nella scelta dei materiali (tutti presenti nelle show room aziendale) realizzando l'edificio, senza intoppi, in 6 mesi. A un anno dalla realizzazione i report sulle gestione sono i seguenti: villetta indipendente, libera su tutti i 4 i lati, composta da 120 mq al piano terra e 125 al piano seminterrato (non riscaldato), alimentata completamente a luce elettrica, con l'aiuto di un impianto fotovoltaico da 6 kW, costo della corrente elettrica giornaliero 2.50 €, annuale circa 900€!!! Il mio consiglio è di rivolgersi senza pensarci a questa azienda. Having to build our home, we arrived at the Sarotto Group. We were immediately struck by the competence, experience and passion of Mauro (the owner) in talking to us about the characteristics of low-emission buildings (I recommend everyone to visit the bio-house displayed near their headquarters) so it was not difficult to trust us to him with closed eyes. Taking his cue from the bio house, Mauro, guided us step by step, in the realization project, in the choice of materials (all present in the company showroom), realizing the building smoothly in 6 months. One year after its implementation, the management reports are as follows: independent villa, free on all 4 sides, consisting of 120 square meters on the ground floor and 125 in the basement (unheated), fully electric powered, with the help of a 6 kW photovoltaic system, cost of electricity daily 2.50 €, yearly about 900 € !!! My advice is to turn to this company without thinking.
