Ci ha accolti Eleonora, una ragazza fantastica che con passione ci ha guidati nel racconto di tutti i processi della vinificazione... Ci ha dato tantissime informazioni interessanti e ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosità con pazienza e gentilezza...la degustazione poi supera tutte le aspettative che si possano avere... Eleonora ci ha raccontato tutte le caratteristiche dei vini assaggiati: Langhe Rosato, Langhe favorita, nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba superiore, barbaresco, Barolo di Barolo... Il tutto accompagnato da un tagliere di tutto rispetto!! La passione di Eleonora ci ha coinvolti e la sua conoscenza ci ha tenuto attenti e curiosi per tutta la visita, questo unito a un prodotto superlativo ed eccezionale ha reso l'esperienza unica!!! Grazie Eleonora e grazie cantina Dogliani il generale!!
Wonderful and unique experience that I recommend to anyone who loves good wine, the producers who put their face and heart into it and the cellars passed from generation to generation to children who bring innovation while maintaining history and traditions !! Eleonora welcomed us, a fantastic girl who with passion guided us in the story of all the processes of winemaking ... She gave us a lot of interesting information and answered all our curiosities with patience and kindness ... the tasting then exceeds all the expectations you may have ... Eleonora told us all the characteristics of the wines tasted: Langhe Rosato, Langhe favorita, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba Superiore, Barbaresco, Barolo di Barolo ... All accompanied by a respectable cutting board !! Eleonora's passion involved us and her knowledge kept us attentive and curious throughout the visit, this combined with a superlative and exceptional product made the experience unique !!! Thanks Eleonora and thanks to the Dogliani winery the general !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda agricola situata nelle langhe con una produzione di vini abbastanza diversificata (dal bianco, al rosé, fino si più corposi barbera, barolo e nebbiolo).
Nel corso della degustazione ho potuto assaggiare delle annate eccellenti e anche le informazioni e le spiegazioni ricevute mi hanno permesso di apprezzare anche di più ciò che avevo nel calice.
Ho visitato la struttura di Dogliani, ma il vero centro ricettivo dell'azienda è poco lontano (attua in ristrutturazione).
Molto azzeccata l'idea di fare le degustazioni all'interno delle vasche in cemento che venivano storicamente usate per l'affinamento dei vini.
Farm located in the Langhe with a fairly diversified production of wines (from white, to rosé, up to more full-bodied barbera, barolo and nebbiolo).
During the tasting I was able to taste excellent vintages and also the information and explanations received allowed me to appreciate even more what I had in the glass.
I visited the Dogliani facility, but the real reception center of the company is not far away (currently under renovation).
The idea of making tastings inside the concrete tanks that were historically used for the refinement of wines was very apt.
