È un trattamento ayurveda antico, che prevede il flusso continuo di olio tiepido sulla fronte, per favorire la sensazione di relax, anti-stress e aiuta anche a combattere l’insonnia. Come la maggior parte delle persone credo, anche io ero abbastanza scettica riguardo l’efficacia di questa terapia, ma sono qui a smentire gli eventuali dubbi, se ancora ne avete. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, dalla reception all’operatrice; all’arrivo nel centro benessere io e la mia amica siamo state accolte benissimo; oltre ad aver rispettato tutte le procedure standard di un centro benessere specializzato, mi è piaciuta particolarmente la spiegazione dettagliata di cosa prevedeva lo Shirodara, e come si sarebbe svolto. All’ inizio del versamento dell’olio, ho provato un leggero solletico, ma piacevole; dopo un paio di minuti ho cominciato ad avvertire il rilassamento, i pensieri nella testa diminuivano, tutto il corpo si rilassava sempre di più; ma indimenticabile rimarrà il PROFUMO estasiante agli agrumi!!! Dopo il trattamento ci hanno prontamente proposto di fare lo shampoo e di usufruire del phon, in quanto dopo il trattamento ti ritrovi i capelli unti di olio. Ma le sorprese non sono finite qui! Dopo l’asciugatura, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa del tocco morbido che avevano i miei capelli! Proprio come nelle pubblicità ? Quindi, oltre al relax totale, l’olio ha nutrito notevolmente sia la mia pelle che i miei capelli. Se potessi, vorrei fare il trattamento tutti i giorni! I did the Shirodara treatment last November, at this facility at the Capotaormina hotel. At the beginning of the pouring of the oil, I felt a slight but pleasant tickle; after a couple of minutes I began to feel the relaxation, the thoughts in the head diminished, the whole body relaxed more and more; but unforgettable will remain the entrancing SCENT with citrus fruits !!! After the treatment they promptly offered us to shampoo and use the hair dryer, as after the treatment you find your hair greasy with oil. But the surprises didn't end there! After drying, I was pleasantly surprised by the soft touch my hair had! Just like in advertisements ? So, in addition to total relaxation, the oil has significantly nourished both my skin and my hair. If I could, I would like to do the treatment every day!
