This place is really magnificent, being in Taormina I went to fix my hands and my feet, the products they used were of the highest quality and the girls who worked there were very educated and professional, being there I had the possibility to arrange my eyebrows with Elisa the owner of the center so far no one had treated me with such dedication, yet thanks for the good service and quality, I can only say that when I return without doubts Athena

I had such a great massage at Anthea. It's such a beautiful spa, the staff are friendly and professional, and the massage was lovely and relaxing!

This is the poorest pedicure I've ever had. And probably the most expensive as well. 40 euros for a 20 minute-late + 1 hour of almost nothing and feet that look worse than when I came in. In London I pay £23 for pedicures that last a month... And the people are on time and much nicer. I've had great moments in Taormina. This wasn't one of them. Now I look like I've been doing some climbing barefeet in the countryside and I have a wedding to attend in 2 days. I feel like they should have paid me for what my feet went through. Avoid.

Great spa in Taormina. It's really comfortable place with professional staff. There are a lot of treatments for face, for body with high class cosmetics and modern facilities. You could have manicure and pedicure in one time and it's would be perfect and beautiful! Place of relaxation and beauty.

I visited the Spa following my friend recommendation. I was most impressed with the professionalism as well as the friendliness of the staff. Due to the nature of my job I travel a lot and I have visited Spas all around the world, and Anthea Spa is second to none. I opted for a full body massage and a facial treatment. It was delightful. I would definitely go back.

I went in for a wax and was incredibly pleased. Barely had to wait 10 minutes to be showed in (and mind you in Italy that is not very often the case), the owner was friendly and professional and most importantly never pushy (sometimes people will do anything for a sell). The wax was perfect, and I am very diffuclt to please considering my regrowth problem, but she was absolutely wonderful and even went back on diffuclt spots with lights and tweezers! And to top things off it wasn't at all the usual rip-off which is easy to find in a touristy place like Taormina! I will definitely be going back!

If you’re visiting Taormina on vacation and wish to have a massage, DO NOT GO HERE. Despite the quality of the hospitality in the area, this place will play the typical “let’s take advantage of the tourist who doesn’t speak Italian” tricks. After a somewhat mediocre massage, the masseuse argued with me after the service about which massage I had received. Perhaps there are different standards in Sicily, but if you’re accustomed to getting massages in any cosmopolitan city (I am from New York, currently living in London), the quality of massage at Anthea will not meet your standards. When I booked the appointment the day before, and when I was undressed in the room, the masseuse confirmed I would be receiving an 80 minute relaxing massage. For the first fifteen minutes, it felt the masseuse was just her lightly running her hands on my body, without any kind of actual massage. So I requested she use a bit more pressure, which she obliged. But apparently this changed my 80 minute relaxing message into an 80 minute decontracting massage- which she did not clarify (conveniently) until after the 80 minutes was over and it was time for me to pay. During the massage, I also asked if she could continue massaging my back and neck areas (instead of massaging my stomach and breasts- as this kind of massage doesn’t nothing for me), but even this became a kind of difficult negotiation in the middle of the massage that only caused me stress, so I relented and allowed her to massage the front of my body more than I cared for. Why not just allow this customer her request, when it is the same amount of time and service? If you wish to have a quality massage service, I highly recommend booking instead at the Palace Hotel, where they will treat you with hospitality and put the customer first-- and, most importantly, not stress you out post-massage with bickering over fees. I booked this massage to de-stress but it certainly was not worth it, as the masseuse’s attitude and demeanour towards me only caused me to leave more stressed than when I arrived. I don't typically leave these kind of reviews because I believe in promoting positive energy. But this service such a disappointment for me, I did not feel I could not say something. Peace and love and all the best to those on holiday in Taormina. It is a fantastically beautiful and incredible place, and you will have an amazing time no matter what!

Anthea beauty is an amazing beauty center! Elisa, Jessica and Mary are very professional and good in every treatments that I had. I love spending my weekends here. The manicure is impeccable and the massages are relaxing and I could feel asap the benefits. Very highly recommended
