★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla o quasi da eccepire per quanto riguarda la competenza. Dovrebbe però fare un corso accelerato di Umiltà non solo nei confronti dei pazienti ma soprattutto delle sue validissime collaboratrici molto attente e sempre cordiali.....
Le persone intelligenti non mettono in imbarazzo i collaboratori davanti ai clienti:" elogia in pubblico e correggi in privato" diceva qualcuno...se poi non si tratta di correggere ma solo di umiliare....
Nothing or almost nothing to complain as regards the competence. However, he should take an accelerated course in Humility not only towards patients but above all his very valid collaborators, very attentive and always friendly .....
Intelligent people do not embarrass collaborators in front of customers: "praise in public and correct in private" someone said ... if it is not a question of correcting but only of humiliating ....
