Il personale addetto alla segreteria ha sbagliato ha dare l’appuntamento confondendo l’esame con un altro.
Quando sono andata per pagare la prestazione, la segretaria rispondeva al telefono lasciandomi in attesa.
Vorrei proporre che ci sia del personale dedicato per rispondere al telefono in modo da favorire chi è davanti lo sportello.

The secretarial staff made a mistake and gave the appointment by confusing the exam with another one.
When I went to pay for the service, the secretary answered the phone and left me waiting.
I would like to propose that there be dedicated staff to answer the phone in order to favor those in front of the counter.
