Dopo 29 giorni di attesa e innumerevoli reclami, sono stata chiamata da un numero di Prato (non di Empoli) che ha concordato la consegna.
 Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere inaffidabile, aspettavo una consegna urgente, controllavo la tracciabilità del pacco più volte al giorno E' stato messo destinatario assente per 2 giorni consecutivi mentre io ero li a casa ad aspettarli. Non sono venuti. Hanno lascito la consegna in giacenza presso il loro magazzino, dove ho dovuto recarmi per il ritiro.
Unreliable courier, I was waiting for an urgent delivery, I checked the traceability of the package several times a day. The recipient was put away for 2 consecutive days while I was there at home waiting for them. They did not come. They left the delivery in storage at their warehouse, where I had to go for collection.

Nel loro caso non hanno chiamato, io ero assente per ferie e non sono riuscita nemmeno a contattarli telefonicamente pur avendo chiamato più e più volte. Ora vedo che il pacco sta tornando al mittente. Servizio pessimo. Se avessi potuto avrei messo 0
Bad courier. I state that I receive couriers daily and if I am not present at home, ALL but absolutely ALL call me to make the delivery successful. In their case they didn't call, I was absent for holidays and I couldn't even contact them by phone despite having called over and over again. Now I see that the package is returning to the sender. Bad service. If I could I would have put 0
