Bad service! It is not the first time that I have to personally go to the branch to collect the packages because they keep postponing the shipment from day to day, I try to call them and no one answers. Absurd.

Sono due giorni che aspetto un pacco,ma il corriere è in ritardo con le consegne. Se avete pochi autisti,prendetene altri! In modo da essere efficienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its Shocking how the crew of a company can be so impolite and lazy! They have to deliver the pack to the door of the apartment but since they dont want to park their van they make you go to their van to collect your parcel. At the top if you refuse to do that, they start lecturing you on how they dont have to deliver an expensive package to your door and collect your signature!!!!! I will make sure that whenever i do an online shopping its not delivered by this company. They just are lazy and incompetent and extremely disrespectful!
