Una settimana prima di partire per la vacanza in moto ho dovuto sostituire le bobine della mia fz1 fazer.
Il meccanico mi ha chiesto un prezzo più alto e soprattutto tempi molto lunghi per arrivare i pezzi considerando che sono i primi di agosto.
Ho contattato speedmania il martedì mattina per ordinare il pezzo che era difficilissimo da trovare quasi ovunque e il mercoledì l hanno spedito e il giovedì ce l avevo a casa.
Grazie mille sicuramente se avrò bisogno acquisterò da loro.
Perfect and very fast.
A week before leaving for the motorbike vacation I had to replace the coils of my fz1 fazer.
The mechanic asked me for a higher price and above all a very long time to arrive the parts considering that it is early August.
I contacted speedmania on Tuesday morning to order the piece which was very difficult to find almost everywhere and on Wednesday they shipped it and on Thursday I had it at home.
Thank you very much surely if I need I will buy from them.

Chiamo immediatamente per far presente la cosa e il giorno dopo mi sono recato in negozio dove, senza la minima esitazione, me lo hanno cambiato con un altro nuovo. Ottimo trattamento. Come sostengo da anni, è il post vendita a fare la differenza tra una azienda seria e una poco seria. Bravi, continuate così.
Purchased a Kappa case that had a defect which I noticed after 3 days. I call immediately to point this out and the next day I went to the shop where, without the slightest hesitation, they changed it for a new one. Great treatment. As I have argued for years, it is the after-sales service that makes the difference between a serious company and a less serious one. Well done, keep it up.
