Il responsabile assistenza è persona competente, gentile, disponibile ed appassionata. Ho portato la moto - senza aver avuto particolari contatti in precedenza - per un problema di centralina bloccata che diversi altri centri non son riusciti a risolvere. Oltre a restituirmi la moto perfettamente in ordine, son stato coccolato e trattato con i guanti, per una cifra davvero irrisoria.
Se avete dubbi, fateli evaporare. Sono bravi davvero. Porterò la mia Street Triple R da loro per le mie prossime assistenze.
 I have had service experience with this dealer.
The service manager is a competent, kind, helpful and passionate person. I brought the bike - without having had particular contacts previously - for a problem with the control unit blocked that several other centers have not been able to solve. In addition to returning the bike to me perfectly in order, I was pampered and treated with gloves, for a truly paltry figure.
If you have any doubts, let them evaporate. They are really good. I will bring my Street Triple R to them for my next assistance.

Il capo officina e tutto lo staff si sono presi cura di questo compito con preventivi gratuiti, aiuti nella comunicazione con il perito e, infine, con un lavoro sulla moto davvero splendido, che l'ha riportata come nuova. I found myself dealing with a very boring theft with discovery. In this place I found great acceptance, availability and patience. The foreman and all the staff took care of this task with free estimates, aids in communicating with the expert and, finally, with a truly splendid work on the bike, which brought it back as new. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triumph non si discute; peccato che a differenza dei normali concessionari moto questo è un grosso concessionario auto e lo spazio dedicato alle moto è poco.. oltre ad avere i cancelli rigorosamente chiusi e quindi le vetrine nemmeno lontanamente avvicinabili quando è chiuso. Aggiungo che non ho ho un bel ricordo di questa struttura, anzi: nel 2006 ho acquistato qui un Freelander automatico e, pur avendo richiesto di dotarlo di un gancio di traino nuovo, mi montarono - a prezzo esorbitante - un gancio obsoleto (se non ricordo male un 9 poli anziché 12) che ovviamente non era compatibile con i trailer più recenti (ma che era forse una loro rimanenza di magazzino). A fronte delle mie rimostranze il venditore (credo un giovane Schiatti) quasi mi rise in faccia. Mai più messo piede qui dentro e mai c'è lo metterò. E semmai dovessi acquistare una Triumph, certo non mi rivolgerò a questo concessionario.
Aggiornamento - Replica alla vostra risposta: ma avete letto la recensione prima di rispondere? 1) la recensione non è riferita a Triumph moto ma alla concessionaria Schiatti; 2) a "detta mia" non sono mai stato all'interno?? Ma dove l'avrei scritto? Ma chi ve l'ha detto? Mi pare "a detta vostra" ! 3) il fatto che le vetrine non siano avvicinabili in orario di chiusura, almeno per un concessionario moto, è una rarità (o devo farvi l'elenco di tutte le concessionarie moto reggiane che hanno, al contrario di voi, una vetrina su strada?); è una vostra scelta rispettabile che personalmente non apprezzo, ma non rispondete come se avessi scritto una assurdità. 4) lo spazio dedicato alle moto, come ho scritto, non è tanto: era sottinteso, ma ora lo esplicito, che il riferimento era alla comparazione con ciò che, all'interno della medesima grande struttura, è lo spazio dedicato alle auto.
Triumph is not discussed; pity that unlike normal motorcycle dealers this is a large car dealer and the space dedicated to motorcycles is not much .. besides having the gates strictly closed and therefore the windows not even remotely approachable when closed. I add that I don't have a good memory of this structure, on the contrary: in 2006 I bought an automatic Freelander here and, despite having requested to equip it with a new towbar, they fitted me - at an exorbitant price - an obsolete hook (if I don't remember bad a 9-pole instead of 12) which obviously was not compatible with the most recent trailers (but which was perhaps a leftover of their stock). Faced with my grievances, the seller (I think a young Schiatti) almost laughed in my face. Never again set foot in here and never will I put it there. And if I ever have to buy a Triumph, I certainly won't go to this dealer.
Update - Reply to your answer: but did you read the review before replying? 1) the review does not refer to Triumph motorcycles but to the Schiatti dealership; 2) to "my opinion" I have never been inside? But where would I have written it? But who told you? I think "according to you"! 3) the fact that the windows are not accessible during closing time, at least for a motorcycle dealer, is a rarity (or should I make you a list of all the Reggio motorcycle dealerships that have, unlike you, a showcase on the street? ); it is your respectable choice which I personally do not appreciate, but do not respond as if you have written nonsense. 4) the space dedicated to motorcycles, as I wrote, is not so much: it was understood, but now I explicitly, that the reference was to the comparison with what, within the same large structure, is the space dedicated to cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionario e moto molto belle, peccato però che alla richiesta di un piccolo sconto (messa in strada del veicolo a fronte di una spesa di oltre 10000 euro) il venditore più giovane mi risponde con un "la politica della casa è questa". Non ho ricevuto nemmeno una proposta di sconto del paraserbatoio richiesto come optional (sul preventivo era addirittura segnato il costo del tempo di lavoro per applicarlo). Risultato mi sono recato da un altro concessionario a comprare una moto con prezzo molto più alto ma ricevendo un trattamento molto più amichevole e trasparente.
Very nice dealer and motorcycles, but it is a pity that when asked for a small discount (putting the vehicle on the road for a cost of over 10,000 euros), the youngest seller replies with "this is the policy of the house". I have not even received a discount proposal for the optional tank pad (the cost of working time to apply it was even marked on the estimate). As a result, I went to another dealer to buy a much higher priced motorcycle but received a much more friendly and transparent treatment.
