Ho provveduto all'acquisto ma direttamente dal loro sito risparmiando ulteriormente e non poco, spedizione gratuita assistenza immediata, sito bene fatto (unica nota consiglierei di rivedere le keywords dei prodotti si fa fatica a trovatlrli anche se sul sito ci sono), 5 stelle e sicuramente saranno il mio punto di riferimento per futuri acquisti i prezzi più bassi del web consiglio a tutti, consiglio di acquistare direttamente dal loro sito

I found this store through ebay to which I arrived thanks to the excellent prices regarding the material I needed for my Yamaha yz250 cross bike, especially a cycra plastic kit and other plastic components. I proceeded with the purchase but directly from their site saving further and not a little, free shipping immediate assistance, site well done (only note I would recommend reviewing the keywords of the products it is difficult to find them even if they are on the site), 5 stars and surely they will be my point of reference for future purchases the lowest prices on the web I recommend to everyone, I recommend buying directly from their site

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I simply have to in order to warn other customers about Bike Inside and their filthy methods. In short:
I bought an expensive starter motor (270 Euro) for my 1977 Honda Gold Wing from Bike Inside via Ebay. The item was sent to me (in a bag ...) and was clearly defective from the start - which I also documented with a video showing that there was a lot of play in the sprocket. I have never - not once - tried to install the starter motor (because of the fact that it was faulty) - only inspected it.
When I asked Bike Inside to take it back they started asking for my bike's serial number (which I provided even though it had nothing to do with the faulty starter motor). Then they asked for my bike's VIN number (which bikes from that era are not even equipped with) but at last they agreed on a return (I had to pay for the return). However, when the item got back to Bike Inside in Italy, they found that the product was damaged and marked (...) and therefore deducted half the price (135 Euro!).
I contacted Ebay immediately who quickly stepped in and made a courtesy refund (the remaining amount plus original shipping) for which I'm very grateful. However, I'm still shocked by Bike Inside's filthy methods - how they blame their customers for their faulty products and how they take advantage of Ebay's benevolence.
To summarize: I would not recommend anyone to shop at Bike Inside "S.N.C." in Italy. I'm shocked by the lack of customer service and hostile approach towards customers!
