★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un appuntamento con la ditta in questione più di un mese fa. Mi danno appuntamento per la pulizia del mio camino venerdì primo ottobre. Oggi mi contattano dicendomi che non possono venire perché non hanno nessuno nella mia zona altrimenti dovrebbero aumentarmi la richiesta da 175 a.. La richiameremo più avanti, mi dicono. Li richiamo subito dopo chiedendo quanto sarebbe il costo aggiuntivo, in quanto mi ero già organizzata con ferie ed altro. Mi sparano 300,00 euro per l'uscita, poi aggiungono che addirittura mi trovi un altro più vicino.
All'atto dell'appuntamento avevo fatto presente il luogo del lavoro. Mi avete fatto perdere un mese abbondante per nulla.
Non posso giudicare il lavoro ma come organizzazione e trattamento dei clienti, serietà, vi ritengo PESSIMI!
Vi faccio presente che di lavori ce ne sono vicini e più lontani. Se ritenevate il mio appuntamento troppo distante dovevate dirlo subito!!!!
