Specifico che non ho richiesto la puoi zia della canna fumaria ma l installazione di uno sportellino per l ispezione. Appuntamento per Giovedì e non si è presentato. Mi ha chiamato il pomeriggio dicendo che l'appuntamento era per venerdì.. (strano nel SMS che gli ho scritto era specificato Giovedì) la notte tra Giovedì e Venerdì mi scrive che non può venire perché ha dovuto fare un intervento urgente in un ristorante (quindi usa i messaggi!) e se possiamo spostare a Martedì. Gli rispondo dipende da che ora e se eventualmente può venire lunedì. Non ricevendo risposte lo chiamo lunedì e mi risponde che sarebbe venuto Martedì verso le 11..Lunedì sera mi scrive che è tutto chiuso e non sa dove comprare lo sportellino.. Emm non so più che pensare.. Gli rispondo: e quindi? Non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta Unfortunately you can't put less than one star. Appuntamento iniziale per il lunedì pomeriggio: l'ho dovuto chiamare io la mattina stessa per fargli notare che eravamo sotto il nubifragio e forse non era il caso. Nuovo appuntamento per il mercoledì mattina: aspettato per un ora, non si è fatto vivo. Non risponde più al cellulare e nemmeno al telefono fisso. Evita di leggere perfino i messaggi. Forse aspetta il Reddito di Cittadinanza! Totally unreliable !!! E dopo aver visto il lavoro e concordato il pagamento con tanto di stretta di mano, aspettavo la sua chiamata per l'appuntamento della pulizia della cappa. Invece mi sono trovato un SMS nel cellulare (come minimo potevano chiamare) con scritto che il prezzo che avevamo concordato era errato e che non sarebbero venuti a fare il lavoro. Punto primo, non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di chiamarmi e chiedermi se poteva andarmi bene un altro preventivo. Punto secondo, io non so come è abituata la gente ora, ma se io do la mia parola e do la mia stretta di mano per me vale come contratto....
