Dopo averci fatto vedere una casa, preso appuntamento per proposta di acquisto il venerdì per il mercoledì, abbiamo saputo per vie traverse che il lunedì ha preso una proposta che per lui era più conveniente. Neanche una telefonata. Quando l'ho chiamato io mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere entro la mattina successiva se l'appuntamento era da considerarsi annullato: al mercoledì ore 16 (l'appuntamento è alle 17) ancora non ricevo la chiamata.
Un consiglio: se avete a che fare con lui non dite nulla sul vostro conto (se avete una casa o meno, se avete un mutuo o meno) perché la idea contro di voi.
Bad experience. When I called him he told me that he would let me know by the next morning if the appointment was to be considered canceled: on Wednesday at 4 pm (the appointment is at 5 pm) I still do not receive the call.
A tip: if you are dealing with him do not say anything about yourself (if you have a house or not, if you have a mortgage or not) because the idea is against you.
