Abbiamo fatto da loro un intero bagno La doccia costata una cifra che mi vergogno di aver speso ha un sistema interno di raffreddamento per cui l'acqua in inverno è sempre fredda; Si è rotto il tappo del lavabo dopo quattro mesi, il tappo del piatto doccia si è sbriciolato senza nessun motivo poco dopo, il coperchio del wc di plastica si smonta e non sta piu a posto..
Speriamo in bene per le piastrelle e la pietra dei rivestimenti

It's a real pig..a lot of products don't last more than six months! We had a whole bath with them. The shower cost an amount that I am ashamed to have spent, it has an internal cooling system so the water in winter is always cold; The sink cap broke after four months, the shower tray cap crumbled for no reason shortly thereafter, the plastic toilet lid disassembles and no longer fits.
We hope for the best for the tiles and the stone of the coverings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettivamente i materiali sono di ottima qualita, poi c'è da dire che i prezzi comunque sono competitivi e le commesse che ti ricevono sono molto competenti. Soprattutto max , che sa il fatto suo. Diciamo che le ho usate in tutte le case che ho ristrutturato senza mai tradire con altri distributori. La fiducia nei professionisti ê fondamentale. Fatevi consigliare dalla.luisa che ha un ottimo gusto nella scelta dei colori. L'ultimo materiale scelto e stato un bianco top...per la cucina e per le estanteria che abbiamo usato quotidianamente..

Ho acquistato due mobiletti bagno ad inizio novembre, che mi comunicano (ad inizio dicembre) di essere in consegna per la settimana successiva e di ritirarli tassativamente entro il 20 dicembre. Mi organizzo per il ritiro (18 dicembre) e la mattina prima di andare chiedo per sicurezza se sia tutto ok: praticamente causa inventario in spagna non è arrivato nulla e si sono dimenticati di comunicarmelo.
Finalmente a fine gennaio arrivano e vado a prenderli, pochi giorni prima di entrare nella nuova casa. Il lavandino krion (un cubetto di 50x50 cm a "soli" 700€+iva) è completamente sporco e graffiato, praticamente quello dello showroom. Verificano e confermano la gaffe...ora sono in attesa senza una data precisa di arrivo e manco si sono impegnati a riprenderselo e riportarmelo a spese loro!

I purchased two bathroom cabinets in early November, which inform me (in early December) of being on delivery for the following week and to collect them strictly by December 20. I organize for the retreat (December 18th) and the morning before leaving I ask for security if everything is ok: practically due to inventory in Spain nothing has arrived and they forgot to communicate it to me.
Finally they arrive in late January and I go to pick them up, a few days before entering the new house. The krion sink (a 50x50 cm cube for "only" € 700 + VAT) is completely dirty and scratched, practically that of the showroom. They check and confirm the gaffe ... now they are waiting without a precise arrival date and they have not even undertaken to take it back and bring it back to me at their expense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ritrovata di capitolato sanitari porcellanosa, suppongo i meno costosi .....beh, dopo un mese l asse del water (quelle ad innesto) si è rotta. Il tappo del lavandino ed il copri foro dello scarico sono in plastica, di qualità scadente e non stanno nemmeno al loro posto. Voto zero
