Appena entrati nel negozio al nostro buongiorno, nessuno ha risposto al saluto e la persona in questione ha girato le spalle andandosene borbottando. Quando ho chiesto se potevo avere una semplice informazione, mi è stato risposto in malomodo mantenendo un atteggiamento villano e maleducato.
Chi per lavoro ha a che fare con le persone prima della competenza deve essere rispettoso educato e l'accogliente. Rimanesse anche l'unico sulla piazza non ci ritorneremo e tantomeno non lo consiglieremo ad altri.
