★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 14 anni il mio impianto di aria condizionata a pompa di calore, marca Mitsubishi, funziona perfettamente. Durante questo lungo periodo, solo una volta ho richiesto l’intervento della ditta “L’Aria” per sistemare una piccola vibrazione del motore. Problema risolto velocemente e con professionalità. Ricordo che al momento della progettazione, il titolare dell’azienda Andrea ha subito individuato come disporre in maniera precisa i due split interni. Altre ditte invece mi aveva proposto soluzioni molto onerose e palesemente inefficaci.
After 14 years, my Mitsubishi heat pump air conditioning system works perfectly. I remember that at the time of design, the owner of the company Andrea immediately identified how to precisely arrange the two internal splits. Other companies, on the other hand, had offered me very expensive and clearly ineffective solutions.

MEDITATE GENTE MEGLIO L'ASSISTENZA POST VENDITA CHE PURO MARKETING.
La mia pompa di calore Mitsubishi Ecodan Mr. Slim, dopo 7 anni di onorato servizio, per un problema software si è bloccata, ho chiesto a Mitsubishi un rapido intervento e mi hanno detto che l'unica ditta per il Trentino é L'Aria.
Ho così richiesto loro un intervento rapido facendo presente che l'abitazione è abitata da una signora anziana, l'unica risposta é che dovevano vedere quando avrebbero avuto il tempo di venire.
Ora la rottamerò per colpa dell'assistenza assente.
Briefly NO ASSISTANCE !!!

My Mitsubishi Ecodan Mr. Slim heat pump, after 7 years of honorable service, blocked due to a software problem, I asked Mitsubishi for a quick intervention and they told me that the only company for Trentino is L'Aria.
So I asked them for a quick intervention pointing out that the house is inhabited by an elderly lady, the only answer is that they had to see when they would have had time to come.
Now I will be scrapping it due to the lack of assistance.

Nel giro di qualche giorno ci siamo organizzati per l'installazione e in brevissimo tempo hanno montato i 2 climatizzatori nelle nostre camere da letto in mansarda. Molto professionali, precisi e ci hanno consigliato l'opzione migliore per noi valutando la silenziosità dell'apparecchio e il posto migliore per l'installazione viste le travi.
Ottima esperienza! Ce ne fossero di professionisti come loro!
I absolutely recommend this company for the installation of air conditioning systems. Within a few days we organized ourselves for installation and in a very short time they mounted the 2 air conditioners in our bedrooms in the attic. Very professional, precise and recommended the best option for us by evaluating the silence of the appliance and the best place for installation given the beams.
Excellent experience! There were professionals like them!

Confermo la parole spese da chi mi ha consigliato L’aria: professionali, disponibilissimi e anche simpatici, cosa che non guasta mai. Andrea mi ha consigliato sulla scelta dell’apparecchio più giusto per le mie esigenze e tenuto aggiornata passo passo nella fase di ordinazione. Il condizionatore è arrivato in tempi rapidissimi (come anticipato in fase di ordinazione) ed è stato prontamente installato nei giorni successivi. Sono più che soddisfatta e lo consiglio a mia volta. Sarebbe bello incontrare sempre aziende che lavorano così bene. Grazie!

Andrea advised me on choosing the right device for my needs and kept updated step by step in the ordering phase. The air conditioner arrived very quickly (as anticipated when ordering) and was promptly installed in the following days. I am more than satisfied and recommend it in my turn.
