Every time I try to call during the opening hours the fax always starts. How does a person ask for information? Not everyone has the opportunity to go in person.

La signora che penso sia la titolare, quasi infastidita dalle domande ed informazioni che le si pone sulla bolletta ecc..(il contratto l'ho stipulato da Lei).
Oltretutto mi ha detto che lei non sa leggere la bolletta Enel!!!!!, è come se un panettiere non sapesse come fare il pane!!!!
Se queste sono le aziende a cui Enel si affida sono proprio messi bene.
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!
I strongly advise against this shop, I put 1 star only because it was the minimum possible !!!!!!!
The lady who I think is the owner, almost annoyed by the questions and information that is posed on the bill etc .. (the contract I signed by you).
Besides, she told me that she can't read the Enel bill !!!!!, it's as if a baker didn't know how to make bread !!!!
If these are the companies that Enel relies on, they are in good shape.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!
