Fissano appuntamenti senza lasciare un.referente a cui chiamare in caso di impossibilità sopravvenute. Una disperazione. Bad call center: if we don't answer, they throw it down. Se ho bisogno di informazioni sulla erogazione di bollette, guasti, fornitura, rimborsi..qui non ti sanno dire nulla e ti suggeriscono di andare direttamente in ufficio a chiedere. INUTILE !!! Piuttosto mi uccido ma non pago !!!! Call center pietoso che non serve a nulla. Non capisco il perché nessuno si preoccupi di risolvere la problematica già segnalata da altri utenti. Classico menefreghismo da azienda pubblica.
