★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi spiace di essermi fidato di loro come punto di ritiro prodotti w.Wish.com, perchè tracciando i mie due pacchi tramite codice postale- il corriere è passato due volte da loro sempre di pomeriggio, e sono chiusi, i due giocattoli sono arrivati in 7 giorni dalla cina ma sono rimasti fermi un mese alla posta centrale di Rovigo, dove non ho potuto ritirarli perchè dissero risultava il loro nome scritto sopra, poi sono passato da loro e la ragazza disse che non sapevano niente, dopo un mese fermi là sono tornati indietro in cina. Speriamo mi facciano rimborso. Non devo piu usare punti di ritiro, perchè poi i padroni dei pacchi risultano altri. Ho imparato la lezione.
I'm sorry I trusted them as a w.Wish.com product collection point, because tracking my two parcels by postcode - the courier passed them twice in the afternoon, and they are closed, the two toys arrived in 7 days from china but they stayed a month at the central post office in Rovigo, where I could not collect them because they said their name was written on them, then I went to them and the girl said they did not know anything, after a month they are still there went back to china. Hopefully they'll give me a refund. I no longer have to use collection points, because then the owners of the packages are other. I learned the lesson.
