Sono andata in negozio enel parthnet Lavena Ponte Tresa. Per prima: ufficio è molto accogliente, pulito con tutte le norme COViD- 19 rispettate, con tanti comodissimi poltrone. Ma la cosa più importante che in 20 min. di tempo 2 generalissime signore mi hanno risolto il mio problema con luce. Sono persone molto bravi e preparatissime. Consiglio a tutti I would like to describe my experience. after 1 week of telephone calls with ENEL's toll-free number, after 2 faxes sent and 4 e-mails my problem was not resolved.
