Il proprietario conosce molto bene la materia, è in grado di farti capire le differenze tra le varie birre (provenienza, produzione, caratteristiche) e sa individuare la birra che può fare per te in base al tuo gusto. Ogni tanto è bene anche lasciarsi consigliare per scoprire nuovi sapori: il proprietario è molto appassionato e sa ascoltare e gestire i clienti.
