La faccenda era complicata: numerosi contratti, sia gas che luce ... per forniture presso l'abitazione principale, l'ufficio, seconde case e Condominio. Nonostante le complicazioni, l'impiegata ha risolto problematiche e anomolie, con santa pazienza, spiegando le opzione, dando consigli, superando ostacoli. Mi è piaciuto in particolar modo il fatto che Denise non si è fermata alla mera sottoscrizione dei contratti, ma ha continuato a seguire le pratiche nei giorni successivi, assicurandosi del loro buon esito.
