Comodità assoluta per quanto riguarda i pagamenti delle fatture, finalmente posso pagarle anche presso le loro sedi senza costi aggiuntivi ed evitando le file immense agli uffici postali .Per non parlare della loro competenza per la risoluzione delle problematiche create da altre società di vendita!! Da esperienza personale posso dichiarare, essendo cliente da dieci anni, che le fatture emesse sono sempre state calcolate sulla base di consumi reali, essendo i prezzi stabiliti e calcolati direttamente dall'andamento del mercato energetico. Per cui non vi sono mai state sorprese, o enormi conguagli da fronteggiare. Da segnalare, inoltre, la grande attenzione verso il cliente, messo al centro del progetto di questa azienda. Infatti per qualsiasi spiegazione, mi sono potuto rivolgere direttamente al personale sia della sede centrale sia degli uffici presenti sul territorio, senza passare per le note lungaggini dei call center extra - europei e non, facilitando le comunicazioni. Il tutto contornato da un'ottima organizzazione interna ed esterna, e sopratutto da un importante avanzamento tecnologico (app & sito internet). Per cui, che dire, la Powergas per me, rappresenta serietà e competenza, due caratteristiche difficilmente riscontrabili al giorno d'oggi. Excellent supplier of natural gas and electricity. All surrounded by an excellent internal and external organization, and above all by an important technological advancement (app & website). So, what can I say, Powergas for me, represents seriousness and competence, two characteristics that are difficult to find nowadays.

Servizi web e app poi sono intuitivi e molto comodi per avere tutti i dati sempre sotto mano. Le bollette luce e gas arrivano a mesi alterni così dilaziono i pagamenti e l'ufficio fatturazione si è dimostrato molto aperto a spiegarmi tutte le voci in bolletta. Tutto ciò nella mia città! Web services and apps are intuitive and very convenient to have all the data always at hand. The electricity and gas bills come in alternate months so I defer payments and the billing office has proved very open to explaining all the items on the bill. All this in my city! Highly recommended

Dopo esser stato per diversi anni cliente Enel ho deciso di passare a Powergas. Da due anni non ricevo più sorprese, tutti i consumi sono ben riportati in bolletta. Ogni mese ricevo la fattura via mail ed inoltre essendo cliente Powergas sia con energia elettrica che gas non mi ritrovo a dover pagare nello stesso mese più bollette!!! Tramite l'App "Powergas" tengo sempre sotto controllo lo stato delle mie utenze e pago le bollette comodamente dal mio divano di casa! Finalmente Powergas!!
