Stamattina mi sono recata in questo ufficio per l'attivazione di un nuovo contatore, con le mie figlie di 4 e 6 anni e purtroppo mi sono trovata di fronte una dipendente che avuto nei miei confronti un atteggiamento assolutamente inopportuno, dopo aver preso il mio numero e aver aspettato per 1 ora, restando lì fuori, e rientrando due numeri prima che venisse chiamato il mio numero (e ci tengo a sottolinerlo) la dipendente sportello 4 ha ritenuto bene davanti a me una volta arrivato il mio turno di fare passar un uomo davanti a me prendendo lei stessa un numero davanti a me successivo al mio della stessa lettera... anche i presenti sono rimasti senza parole..... credo che in nessuno ufficio sia concepibile un atteggiamento del genere... !! la dipendente che a suo dire si chiama Giustina (ma non credo, in quanto non corretta) non ha voluto neanche riferire i suoi dati. Non voglio entrare nel merito del perchè ha fatto passare davanti a me un uomo in salute che non era una donna in cinta, e non ho chiamato neanche i vigili perchè forse serviva, ma io ho due bambine piccole ed ero davvero di fretta ed ho rispettato la fila ed il mio turno.... In compenso devo riconoscere che l'impiegata dello sportello 6 con cui successivamente ho parlato è stata molto cordiale, competente e visivamente rammaricata x l'accaduto.

On the other hand I must admit that the employee of the counter 6 with whom I subsequently spoke was very friendly, competent and visually regretted x what happened.

Faccio recensione per avvisare gli utenti che ci sono in giro dei soggetti con pettorina ENEL. Chiedono di entrare a vetificare se il contatore è stato aggiornato(?). In effetti prendono il numero di utenza e il nome sul citofono. Non sono dipendenti enel . Ad una vicina di casa hanno letto la fattura , che riporta il codice migrazione. Cosa ci fanno con nome cognome numero utenza, e CODICE migrazione?

I do a review to warn users that there are subjects with ENEL harnesses around. They ask to enter to check if the meter has been updated (?). They actually take the user number and name on the intercom. They are not enel employees. A neighbor read the invoice, which shows the migration code. What do they do with name surname user number and migration CODE?
