★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo con i consumatori ! Ho avuto bisogno di una consulenza diretta ! Eravamo 4 persone ad attendere fuori ,(premetto che c'era la neve ) ..la sala d'attesa all'interno era completamente vuota e buia ..circa 50mq di salone vuoto ..e noi a gelare fuori tutti con green pass ! Allora mi chiedo in quanto sono a prenderci per i fondelli ?in primis il governo che ci obbliga a vaccinarci per farci fare le file al freddo fuori ! E poi questi operatori che dopo l'attesa praticamente mi ha consigliato di chiamare il numero verde per lavarsene velocemente le mani rimandandomi a casa senza aver mosso un dito per risolvere il mio problema !! Bene ora ho la motivazione ancora più fondata per cambiare fornitore !
Bad with consumers! I needed direct advice! We were 4 people waiting outside, (I state that there was snow) .. the waiting room inside was completely empty and dark .. about 50sqm of empty hall .. and we all freeze outside with green pass! So I wonder how much are they to take us for a ride? First of all the government that forces us to vaccinate to make us queue in the cold outside! And then these operators who after the wait practically advised me to call the toll-free number to quickly wash my hands and send me home without having to lift a finger to solve my problem !! Well now I have even more motivation to change supplier!
