★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel centro di Caiazzo c'è questa storica pasticceria. Accoglienti e gentili i proprietari. Da provare assolutamente il loro must, sospiro degli angeli, un semifreddo buonissimo. Unica pecca il locale vecchio, avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Prezzi in linea.

In tanti provano ad imitarlo, ma non ce n'è per nessuno. Se volete provare il vero Sospiro D'Angelo, dove salire fin su a Caiazzo ed entrare in questa pasticceria...non ve ne pentirete!
Uno spettacolo per il palato e per gli occhi.

Dolce semifreddo con pan di spagna imbevuto in una miscela di liquori e farcito con due diverse creme: una crema bavarese arricchita con cioccolato fondente e una seconda crema arricchita con nocciole delle Langhe. Unico!
