Consigliato veramente provare
Ancient food shop has distinguished itself for the production of panettone which is actually excellent. You can take it traditional or with chocolate, apricots, nuts and many others, each one tastier than the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale moltoooooooo scortese, sbrigativo, pane non di qualità ogni volta che i miei parenti comprano il pane lì mi sento male, non riesco a digerirlo, ed è troppo caro. Siamo a Cerbaia non in centro a Firenze! Abbassate i prezzi!!!!!!!
Staff veryooooooo rude, hasty, not quality bread every time my relatives buy bread there I feel bad, can't digest it, and it's overpriced. We are in Cerbaia not in the center of Florence! Lower the prices !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto il risultato che il forno ha ottenuto con il panettone,passando da Cerbaia,ho voluto provare il prodotto del momento, la colomba.
Sono rimasto negativamente sorpreso che al costo di 20 euro 750gr. questa colomba assomigliasse ad una qualsiasi di grande distribuzione.Chiaramente è solo il mio parere....

Hanno un piccolo reparto pasticceria e il loro fiore all'occhiello é sicuramente il pane.
Il fine settimana fanno un pane a lievitazione naturale lungo un metro, lo stesso pane durante la settimana si trova come filoncino da 500gr.
Personalmente lo ritengo il miglior pane della zona.
Hanno diversi tipi di pane, integrale, ai cereali, ai grani antichi.
Il loro pane é leggero croccante e dura diversi giorni.
Personale non sempre felice ma comunque cortese.
Small grocery shop of the past where we find everything we need.
They have a small pastry department and their flagship is certainly the bread.
On weekends they make a one meter long sourdough bread, the same bread during the week is available as a 500gr loaf.
Personally I think it is the best bread in the area.
They have different types of bread, wholemeal, cereal, ancient grains.
Their bread is light crunchy and lasts several days.
Staff not always happy but courteous nonetheless.
