What's the point of having an official phone if they don't answer? I'm not calling my elderly aunt. I'm calling DHL! Heck with what the service costs the least would be to answer the phone.

I don't give one star I had to put it otherwise I didn't publish it -10 because you don't deserve it a month waiting for a replacement and still today you don't see anything then you are non-existent neither mail nor telephone compliments x nothing
