Preciso che la lavatrice è stata consegnata senza alcun preavviso, anche se obbligatorio come da indicazioni riportate da MediaWorld, e malgrado le molteplici ma inutili chiamate al servizio cliente della stessa MediaWorld è stata consegnata con ben 8 giorni di ritardo oltre i 12 giorni previsti da MediaWorld. Per i motivi sopra indicati il mio voto alla professionalità dell'azienda LT Solution in quanto tale e PARI a 0, per il servizio e assistenza MediaWord e MOLTO MENO CHE 0. Fortunatamente per loro però la LT Solution si avvale di personale incredibilmente gentile educato, delle vere perle rare. Le mie 5 stelle vanno ESCLUSIVAMENTE a loro, nello specifico ai sig. Di Fiore Francesco e Quagliata Matteo. Un grazie di cuore per la vostra cortesia e per la vostra estrema umanità: è stato un piacere incontrarvi. After buying a washing machine from MediaWorld I came across this company for delivery. I specify that the washing machine was delivered without any notice, even if mandatory as indicated by MediaWorld, and despite the many but useless calls to the customer service of the same MediaWorld it was delivered with 8 days of delay beyond the 12 days provided by MediaWorld . For the reasons indicated above, my vote for the professionalism of the LT Solution company as such is EQUAL to 0, for the MediaWord service and assistance and MUCH LESS THAN 0. Fortunately for them, however, the LT Solution makes use of incredibly polite polite staff, real rare pearls. My 5 stars go EXCLUSIVELY to them, specifically to mr. Di Fiore Francesco and Quagliata Matteo. A heartfelt thanks for your courtesy and for your extreme humanity: it was a pleasure to meet you.

Premurosi nel darci tutte le informazioni a riguardo del frigo-freezer. Non si sono risparmiati. Non hanno voluto accettare neanche un caffé, perché avevano da effettuare altre consegne. Giudizio più che ottimo. Argiolas and Lisci, two wonderful guys, courteous, well-educated and hard workers. Great service. Thoughtful in giving us all the information about the fridge-freezer. They did not spare themselves. They didn't even want to accept a coffee, because they had other deliveries to make. More than excellent judgment.

L'incaricato ha chiesto a mia madre, persona di 80 anni se c'era qualcuno che lo potesse aiutare, visto che l'autista che era nel camion con lui non "era abilitato" . Ho dovuto annullare l'ordine dopo 5 giorni di segnalazioni e dopo aver capito che non l'avrebbero consegnato mai.
